What Are The Common Types Of Email Phishing Attacks?
Approximately, 319 billion emails are sent and received daily and this figure is expected to increase to 376 billion by 2025.
That's a lot of emails! But let's be honest despite this staggering figure emails are, and will remain to be, a key function of your business. All it takes is one interception for a perpetrator to get hold of your login details, or place a malicious link or piece of software to compromise your business.

Don't Get Fired! Funny!! Consultative Selling?
I found this clip absolutely hysterical! It is a true exaggeration of how salespeople can manipulate a situation!
Consultative selling is truly what should be done today when in a sales situation. Obviously, this is for fun, but, the reason it was made I'm sure, is because 'slick' salespeople can often change the mind of someone they are calling on.

At its core, this is a terrible example, albeit, funny, of true manipulation.

Recession Planning: 4 Ways Sales Organizations Can Keep Teams Intact
Rising interest rates, four-decade-high inflation and a slowing economy continue to fuel fears of an impending recession. Many businesses suffer greatly during a recession, as demand for products and services drops and uncertainty about the future of the economy spikes.
Typically, a recession also means slower job growth and hiring freezes. But the current labor market remains strong. That means employees will maintain significant bargaining power - and the liberty to find a perceived better position relatively easily if their demands haven't been met by their current employer. Indeed, with the positive jobs report, it's not unlikely many businesses will experience turnover.

While turnover is a worry across departments, it can be especially vexing in the sales organization. Finding, hiring and onboarding new reps is an expensive and time-consuming endeavor in the best of economies. It's certainly the last thing a sales leader wants to deal with in the perfect storm created by a recession and a strong labor market. To avoid it, they must think ahead and consider different ways to retain their existing sales talent.

Growth In The Digital Age? You Need A Powerful CRM
The past few years have been extremely challenging for businesses and thanks to the implications of the pandemic, they have been a catalyst for fourth industrial revolution technologies.
Businesses were solely focused on survival for the most part of 2020 and into 2021. A direct impact of this meant online conversation and sales dramatically grew. A secondary impact also meant customer experience (CX) requirements grew more complex as most companies brought in a patchwork of disparate technologies from different sources. Often, each technology deployed comes with a completely different underlying tech stack - so there is the added task of them working well together.
