6 Things To Look For When Choosing Reliable Email Security Services
Like most organizations, you use email as the main communication channel.
While email is an excellent form of communication, it's also one of the most targeted channels by hackers via phishing scams, malware attacks, and other security risks and threats.

Using reliable email security services is your best bet to help protect your business-critical communications and data.

How SPF Records Prevent Email Spoofing, Phishing And Spam
Forged email has long been used by hackers to break into protected systems. Learn how the Sender Policy Framework protocol helps stop spoofing, phishing and other malicious mail.
Organizations have a right to be concerned about the never-ending flood of unwanted email messages, but it wasn't until about a decade ago that emerging standards for fighting spam, phishing and other malicious email came on the scene to give strong defenses to email-sending organizations.

Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is one of three internet standards for email authentication that help organizations fight against email fraud, spam, phishing and other attacks that depend on forging email. SPF is designed to be used along with the DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) and Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) protocols. SPF provides email senders with a toolkit to prevent unauthorized users from using their domain to send forged or spoofed email.

Why Business Email Compromise Still Tops Ransomware For Total Losses
Losses from business email compromise (BEC) scams are about 50 times greater than those caused by ransomware. Here's why BEC is favored by cybercriminals.
While businesses are busy trying to protect themselves against ransomware attacks that spark headlines news, threat actors are sticking to one of the oldest and most effective hacking techniques-business email compromise (BEC).

Enterprise security has skewed toward ransomware in recent years, but FBI data highlights that enterprises in aggregate are losing 51 times more money through BEC attacks. In 2021, BEC attacks in the US caused total losses of $2.4 billion, a 39% increase from 2020. In contrast, at the same time, companies in the US lost only $49.2 million to ransomware.

Storytelling In B2B Marketing
Every single person in this world has a core memory. There are stories inculcated in each person's mind that evoke complex emotions that can move us to feel or do something.
That's what makes us human! Our senses and emotions are triggered by compelling stories. It's not surprising that whenever we hear a good story, our levels of oxytocin increase (and that's a good thing).

Sharing and hearing stories are deeply woven in our daily lives. We share stories on a daily basis with our friends, families, colleagues and even strangers. In fact, how we carry ourselves - the way we dress, speak, and act - can tell a story.

Research conducted by Stanford's Graduate School of Business found when people listened to pitches, they retain as much as 63% when told as a story vs 5% for statistics alone.

The editors at Solutions Review highlight what's changed since the last iteration of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs and provide an analysis of the new 2022 report.
Analyst house Gartner, Inc. recently released the 2022 version of its Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs. Gartner defines a multichannel marketing hub (MMH) as a technology capable of orchestrating company communications and offering multiple customer segments, including websites, email, social, call centers, paid media, direct mail, and more.

The core components of an MMH include functionalities for customer profile management, segmentation, campaign creation, workflows, event triggering, content management, advanced analytics, and more. Marketing leaders often rely on MMHs for unified customer profiles and predictive insights, which help them develop personalized, multichannel engagement.

Using Storytelling To Improve Your Sales Numbers
The usual tactics for sales have been worn down by generations of salespersons.
Today, approaching potential customers requires more than facts and figures - marketers need to be selling not just the product but a story, a dream. The idea that needs to be sold is almost an alternative reality - where the customers find themselves free of their problems, turning into better people (or better companies).
